Your account
You’re responsible for your account, your team’s access, and the accuracy of the data you enter. Keep your credentials secure.
Acceptable use
Use Ordexa lawfully. Don’t attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate others’ rights.
Plans & billing
Paid plans bill monthly in advance. Add-ons adjust your invoice. Usage limits and grace thresholds are described on the Pricing page.
Data ownership
Your data is yours. You can export it at any time. We process it only to provide the service, per our Privacy Policy.
Availability & changes
We work to keep Ordexa available and may update features over time. We’ll give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.
