Pricing questions.

Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 50 orders/month, 100 products, 1 warehouse, and 1 channel — no credit card required. It includes the full confirm-ship-collect-reconcile workflow.
Can I add capacity without changing plans?
Yes. Add-ons (extra orders, warehouses, team members, channels, integrations) bolt onto any paid plan and can be added or removed from billing settings.
What happens when I hit a limit?
You get an in-app warning at 80%, an email to the owner at 90%, and a soft block at 100% with a 5% grace buffer so you’re never cut off mid-transaction.
Do manual channels count toward limits?
No. The default manual channel never counts, and additional manual channels are unlimited on every plan. Only Shopify channels count toward the channel limit.
