Account information you provide (name, email, phone, organization details) and operational data you enter or sync (orders, products, customers, shipments).
Technical data such as IP address, device, and usage analytics collected to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
To provide and improve the platform, process orders and payments, send transactional and (optional) marketing messages, and meet legal obligations.
Data sharing
We share data only with processors that help us run the service (e.g. hosting, email, payment), under contract. We do not sell your data.
Security & retention
Data is encrypted in transit and stored on secured infrastructure. Retention follows your plan’s data-retention window and legal requirements.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data from the application, or by contacting hello@ordexa.cc.
