Why we built Ordexa

COD merchants in Pakistan, the Gulf, and beyond face a problem storefront tools were never designed to solve: fake orders, delivery attempts, return-to-origin, and cash that’s collected but not yet remitted. The result is five disconnected tools — a store, a courier portal, a spreadsheet, a chat app, and a ledger — and no honest view of profit.

We set out to replace that patchwork with a single operational backbone: confirm orders before shipping, track every carrier, reconcile cash on delivery, and see real profit by channel, product, and team member.
