Getting started
Is Ordexa built specifically for cash on delivery?
Yes — the confirmation step, attempt/RTO statuses, and COD reconciliation are core, not add-ons. Prepaid is fully supported and auto-confirms.
Shipping
Do I need a courier API to track shipments?
No. Attach a tracking number from any carrier and Ordexa builds the link and customer notifications. Eight carriers are seeded; add custom ones anytime.
Channels
Can I run Shopify and manual channels together?
Yes. Shopify connects via OAuth or a custom-app token with two-way sync, and manual channels are unlimited on every plan.
Analytics
How is profit calculated?
Revenue (ex-tax) minus COGS, shipping, returns/RTO, and allocated expenses — from immutable order snapshots, by order, channel, product, and member.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Every report exports to CSV/PDF, and you can export your full account data from settings at any time.
Products
What happens to data when I delete a product?
Nothing is lost. Orders keep their product snapshot and show “(Deleted product)”, so historical P&L stays accurate.
